COVID-19 Lockdown level 4 update

Dear Ithemba Tenant,

As you will have heard from President Cyril Ramaphosa, we are entering Level 4 of the national lockdown as of 01 May 2020. This means that there are some changes to the lockdown regulations. Please take special notice of the below:

1. New Lockdown Regulations

The objective of the new regulations is to re-open our economy in a measured and safe way. Various industries will open which means that many will be returning to work. For more information about what you can and cannot do, please visit: https://www.gov.za/Coronavirus

Tenant movement remains restricted, we will update you accordingly once this changes. All our essential building services will remain operational and Ithemba staff are here to assist you.

Please note: Any tenant vacating is doing this on his/her own risk and will remain liable for any charges in relation to the lease.
